Privacy
what this page says is what is true today
There's no account here, no login and no server storing your plans. What
you type into the planner is written to your own browser's local storage
and stays on that device. We never see it, because it never leaves.
The rest of this page describes the site as it is now. It is a young
site and it will grow, so read this as a snapshot rather than a promise
about every version of it. When something changes, this page changes
first, and the date below moves.
Your plans
Stays on your device
Names, ages, allergens, the foods you've hidden, every week you've
planned. All of it lives in this browser on this device. Clearing
your browsing data erases it, and it won't follow you to your phone.
A backup file is the only copy that survives either of those, and
you make that yourself from Settings.

- Sharing a week
- A share link encodes the week into the URL itself. Whoever you send it to can read that week, so treat the link as you would a text message.
Visits
Counting, not tracking
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and
which pages they read. It sets no cookie, it doesn't fingerprint your
browser, and it doesn't follow you to other sites. We can see that a
page was read. We can't see who read it.

- None from us right now. If that ever changes you will be asked, not opted in.
- Other scripts
- Cloudflare's analytics is the only third party code on the site today. There are no ad networks and nothing that follows you elsewhere.
Email list
Only the address, only if you give it
There's a form on the planner for hearing about new lunches and new
guides. It stores the address you type and the date you typed it,
and nothing is linked to it: not your plans, not your name, not
which pages you read. So that the form can't be flooded, the IP
address it arrived from is counted for one hour and then it is
gone. We don't sell the list or hand it over to anyone else, and
every email tells you how to get off it: reply with the word stop
and that's the whole process.

- No. The planner and every guide work without it.
- What might be in an email
- New lunches, new guides, new tools. If a mailing is ever paid for or sponsored, it will say so in the email itself.
- Leaving
- Reply to any email with the word stop, or ask us to delete the address and we will.
Writing to us
Only if you get in touch
If you use the contact form we
obviously have your address, because you sent it. We use it to reply
and nothing else. We don't sell it, rent it, or add it to the email
list without you asking.
- Kept for
- As long as the conversation is useful. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Links out
Other people's sites
The resource pages link to charities, communities, apps and shops.
Once you follow one of those links you're on someone else's site
under their privacy policy, not ours. Some product links may
eventually earn us a small commission, and any that do are labeled
as a paid link on the page itself.
Children
This site is written for parents. We don't knowingly collect anything
from a child. A child's name typed into the planner is stored in your
browser, on your device, and is never transmitted to us.
This page was last updated in August 2026. If any of it changes,
particularly anything that would mean collecting more than we do today,
this page changes first and says plainly what's different. Questions
about any of it go to
